About Me

My photo
Proud Father Of 2 Kids, started this blog to extend my sharing to benefit more people for positive and fulfilling life, thanks to an advise from a teacher in Special School. Encouragement looks at what we can be and believes in the best for each of us. It is also love in action, allowing one to take time to meditate on small miracles of life, to build confidence in ourselves and build that confidence in others as well.

AVSW 2012

Not long into Term 3, I had my birthday which the little STAR was looking forward to celebrate since start of June holidays, we accomodated and promised him to have a small little party within ourselves.

It was really great joy to see how he can contribute to this celebration when he sang me a birthday song:-

Thanks to my wife who had bought a cake and also help both kids make a card for their daddy.

Embracing the Liverpool spirit "You Never Walk Alone", we are thankful to have come this far in this journey less travel, kudos to teachers right from where he first started in EIP until now in PLS.

Time flies and we have already covered 3 weeks of term 3, looking forward to week 4 and more days to come in his learning journey, I had upgraded his working table since his EIP days into new medium size one which can last him until P4 or so.  He feels so happy, so are we!

One great moment capture when both the siblings are doing their home work and practise, sense of inner peace.

The bonding between both siblings have been growing from strength to strength, though I must say that it is not easy for his sister to balance both world but happy that her understanding for him has been improving, so is my little STAR who has to do the reverse balancing act between his complex world and our confuse world.

Applying the waiting toy methodolgy while pending for dinner to be served...

July is also a month for AVSW, very thankful for those including my colleagues from my company who had generously contributed in the card donation for this special walk to raise fund for the special community, I had a good time and kudos to all the teachers for making this event another great success.

I had worked with him the same afternoon after the walk on a journal writing about his dream job which he aspires to be a chef.

I had also recorded a video message from him to share and reinforce similar values with friend and advocates for this special community:-

Every moment that the family is out together is worth making each moment together counts.  I must agree with one of a friend I know via social networking who just shared with me that each moment out is an act of faith, but I encouraged her that one string we have is to profit from experience and stay on guard with hope & love by our side from bottom of our our heart, the possibility of success will unfold one day some how.

Look forward to more great cheers into remaining weeks of term 3, as our 47th National Day draws nearer , it is time to hang the National Flag once again.

Winners Statement:-

    1. Thanks Eileen for your kind words. The success of Fabian today & tomorrow are the attributes of many professionals in this SpEd Team who have contributed positively to his learning journey and still do. In the midst, there is this 1 person who we will always be grateful and remember by heart, how she taught him the important first step of Start-Do-Finish-Keep, follow through until he graduated. This blog site will not have existed if without her encouragment to create one, take this opportunity to extend my heart felt gratitude to her. Fabian is indeed very blessed. We will take one step at a time and continue to keep our Faith with act of Love and Hope that he will not let down any of the SpEd Team but make them proud.
